Review your new product video (which contains a studio watermark) and request changes. Once satisfied with the changes, you will receive a watermark-free professional product video. 1st revision is free!

I have a great video concept! Can you make a similar video?

 Your brand can send us a script or scenario that you have, and we will do our best to envision it and make your concept a reality. If you have a specific style in mind, please link our studio to a reference video for evaluation. We will advise you if we can deliver a similar (non-duplicated) video.

Beauty Contender Studio owns a chihuahua dog and one Maine Coone cat. If you prefer an alternative pet, our studio is in a Dog-Friendly city and can conduct a casting call to find your perfect fur model. The fee for this casting call.

How Quickly Can You Deliver My Order?

Beauty Contender Studio delivery time is typically between 10-15 business days (2- 3 weeks) from the date we have received your product at our address. We do rush orders, between 5-7 business days for an additional fee. Studio films all projects with extra care, time, and consideration.

I need voiceover, but do not have a script. Can you write a script for me?

My Product Is In Amazon Warehouse (USA), can you order the product?

Beauty Contender Studio requires all products related to the order to be shipped directly to us by you, our client. We are excited to do business with you.

Does Your Studio Create Videos for Any Type Of Product?

Beauty Contender Studio gets requests for every type of product. We reserve the right to not accept product or photo projects which we deem to be inappropriate or offensive to our team and the viewers of our content.

What If I Have Multiple Colors or Style Variations of My Product?

Our studio can incorporate multiple color and style variations of your product in one video or photography package. Our prices are based on 1 product variation per project. If you require additional product variations to be filmed, we will be happy to help you with that. Please order gig extra for a fee.

I need extra models for my photo/video order. Is it possible?

  Yes. Our studio can provide you with extra models for an additional fee which is due upfront and is non-refundable as the models have to be compensated for their work, wardrobe, travel and lunch.

Can You Leave Me A Review for My Product on Amazon?

Beauty Contender Studio does not violate Amazon's terms of service policy and never leaves any product reviews. Our studio loves Amazon as this is 80 percent of our client base.

Can You Return Product After the Project Is Complete?

 Beauty Contender Studio does not return products mailed to us at this time as once something is used, it is not suitable for resell.
